One thing about GLX3 that happened to me is that after taking it for 3 months, my knees felt great. I was afraid that I would have to either have surgery or some sort of medical intervention. Then, I quit taking it for a month and the pain slowly came back. I learned my lesson. I will keep taking it. It is a heck of a lot less expensive than the doctor

This makes my hips feel so much better

My back feels much better! I need my back because it helps me take care of myself and my family. I’m so grateful to be feeling better and getting to use my back again.

I’m 64 and post menopausal. I’ve had joint issues all my life but my RA is inactive. Have had a click in my left kneecap since high school and it’s mildly arthritic. Since starting the green lipped mussel oil, I can be a weekend warrior again without painful hips and hands afterward. Nothing else I’ve tried has done that for me.

I have been using GLX3 for 3 months now, specifically to target hip pain caused by osteoarthritis and gluteal tendonopathy. I had been using a high grade fish oil with no discernible improvement. I believe that Haka Life GLX3 is the reason my hip pain has lessened. It is the only thing I changed. Is the hip pain all gone? No. But I went from an 8 pain to a 1 or 2 pain on the 😣 scale of 1-10 and that has allowed me to increase my mobility. I’ll take it! I am a satisfied 72 year old customer.

Helped with my shoulder recovery. I had been struggling with my left shoulder due to a crash on my Trials bike. Also at 61yrs old my knees were feeling it. Every time I got up from being seated. My right knee especially felt it when I kick started my bike. On 3/12/26 I started taking 4 pills daily 2 in the am then 2 in the pm. I started to feel better my range of motion on my left shoulder was improving, I could work out and lift light weights, as before taking GLX3 I was not able to lift light weights . 4/19/26 I cut back to 2 pills daily 1 in the am and 1 in the pm. I continued to feel better my riding on my Trials bike was improving. Now with my shoulder at 95% improvement and my knees feeling great. I’m able to enjoy riding again, pain free. On 6/12/26 I reduced to 1 pill in the morning daily. I highly recommend GLX3, it takes time to feel the difference, so stick with it. I recommend keeping notes on your phone, dose and date started. GLX3 is now part of my life I never start my day without it! On another note, I started giving my 17yrs old Son that’s on the Autism Spectrum one 1 pill in the morning. More for his brain support, After 3 weeks I noticed he was a bit more calmer. Also his skin on his upper arms looked better. Again all this information is my personal experience. I’m not a doctor or claim you’ll have the same results. I do recommend GLX3 as it helps my enjoy life again!
