I love this stuff! I've had pain in my left hand wrist/thumb joint for years and it was getting worse. I wanted to find a different way to treat it besides going to the doctor and getting an injection. I started 2 in the morning and 2 at night for a month. Now taking 1 morning 1 night.

I had pain in my ankle, knees, and hips. GLX3 has helped me manage that pain without having to use ibuprofen. I had to start by taking 3 pills in the morning and 3 at night for a few weeks, but once it was in my system, I was able to cut back to the suggested dosage. It is a bit expensive but you can subscribeand get a discount... it is worth it for me because I can now do yoga and walk without being in pain all the time.

My hips constantly pop and can get pretty painful. Each month that I take GLX-3, the continue to feel better and do not pop near as much.
