Start with our loading dose: 2 softgels with breakfast and 2 with dinner (4 a day) for the first two weeks. Customers who take the full loading dose often notice a difference sooner. After that, most people do great on 2 softgels a day with a meal, and some find 4 a day works best for them. If you ever feel you need more support, you can go back to the loading dose. Each bottle contains 60 softgels.

Most people notice a difference between weeks 6 and 12 of consistent daily use. Some notice it sooner. Take your softgels with breakfast to build the routine, and know that every order in your first 90 days is covered by our money-back guarantee.
