I have found this product to be a much higher quality and more effective than others. I am grateful.
I have a little knee troubles and moderate to severe osteoarthritis in both my wrists and my right hip. I do take other supplements (oral and topical), but I've seen the most improvement from the green lipped mussel. My knees give me no problem, my wrists rarely give me any issues (I can now open jars again), and I can walk without a cane for my hip. My hip still gives me problems, but I have staved off a hip replacement so far. I will continue to use until I have to pay the piper with a hip replacement. There really is something to the green lipped mussel extract.
I've been having general joint pain and have used omega 3 fish oil products before trying Haka Life Nutrition mussel oil. It was almost immediate results for me. I couldn't believe Extra Strength Green Lipped Mussel Oil made the difference. Now I use it as my daily supplements and I feel the difference - the joint pain has gone away and when I feel it coming back certain days I up my dosage and it sorts it out.

I am using many supplements that are sourced naturally. I have been using the green lip mussel oil only a month or so. It will be challenging to know a specific product has an effect on its own. However, I have dry eye syndrome and have been tracking my progress for improvement in that area. Probably another month or so I will know. Overall I'm sure there is a positive result. Thx

Hi I am 70 yrs old and have suffered from scoliosis for about 15 yrs . Pain stiffness you name it. After taking Haka-Life GLX3 for just two weeks felt amazing results that never happened with any glucosimine supplement i ever bought. . These really gave me my life back.
This is my 2nd order ~ I'm beginning to see some improvement but when you have so much inflammation I believe it's just gonna take time. I've split both orders with my husband and 8 lb Yorkie who was having horrible problems - vet wanted to do surgery on her - she gets 1 capsule every other day and I can truly say this product has been a game changer! Left knee bone on bone. Starting taking two in the morning and two at night and no knee pain at all. Won’t go without it.
I have had knee pain for a long time. In 2019 I tore my meniscus in my right knee. I wasn't able to get the surgery to repair or remove the torn meniscus. I have had worsening pain since 2019. I've tried a lot of options and I started to place an order for your product, but I thought I stopped before I finished the order. I thought it's too good to be true. Luckily the order went through and when I got the bottle I took 4 capsules the first 3 days. I was amazed that my knee started feeling better. I'm now 2 weeks in and I'm walking with no bone on bone pain. I still have some stiffness from inflammation but the pain is gone. This product works!
I have carpal tunnel problems (numbness) which wasn't resolved from surgery. I recently spent several days mowing my field with a brush mower, which usually makes the numbness worse. But I was happy that didn't happen this time. I hope that the numbness will lessen over time if I keep taking the GLX3.

I've been using Haka's green lipped mussel supplement for 45 days now and it has brought so much relief to the inflammation, arthritis pain, and sore muscles I've been coping with. It's so good, I tossed the other otc pain reliever's in the trash.
4 yrs ago I took a competitors product and didn't notice much difference so I stopped taking it.
