I've been taking the Haka GLX3 joint & muscle support for the better part of three weeks and I have noticed some progress w/ my arthritic hands. I have also been using magnesium oil and compression gloves so it is difficult to say specifically the progress from GLX3 is the sole reason for the progress. Regardless, given this regimen appears to be working I plan to continue using the product.
I’ve been using this product for approx 3 months. My R.A. pain has diminished. I rarely take the anti inflammatory meds prescribed by my dr. and I was able to reduce my dosage of plaquinil. This product is worth every penny.
Great alternative to fish oil, no aftertaste at all. No horse pills, small gel capsules.
As a barber my arms and legs were always in pain specially my arms felt like I was developing carpal tunnel. Every day I’d ask my husband and kids just to rub my arms to ease the pain and discomfort. No anymore! gLX3 really works. I even have my on it now for his knee pain
After using GLX3 for about four months, I’ve run out of it. Within a week or so my hip is once again painful, and I’m back to limping when I walk. I’ve been using a couple of other products also, so I wasn’t entirely sure where to credit my relief…now I know just how much the GLX3 has been helping me, and I’m anxiously awaiting the delivery of my reorder!

I feel this has helped the arthritis thing in my hand. I've been taking it for the past few months.
I do think this product has lessened my soreness and achy joints in the morning. I have already reordered!
I am bummed. I have been doubling up on product ( 2 pill in the a m and 2 in the p m) and no difference noted after 30 days. I have read comments like " sometimes it takes a few months before you see results." I think that's a stretch. I am so disappointed.
I have arthritis pain in the base of my skull and the bones pop and snap when I turn my head. I decided to try GLX3, in hopes it would “lubricate” that area and diminish the pain. I feel like it has helped some. I’ve only been taking the GLX3 for a month, so hopefully, it’ll continue to work even more.
30 days isn't long enough to feel any real differences but I have reordered
Suffered with sporadic hip joint pain jabs. After a week or so of the GLC3 no more pain jabs.
I've been taking Hakaliffe GLX3 for the past seven months to see how my numbers fared as compared to when I was taking fish oil. I just got my blood test results back and my omega 3 fatty acid index has improved by 30% moving me into the optimal range, so I'm going to keep taking GLX3!! Plus, I just love it that you use glass bottles :)
My husband injured his big toe over a year ago on a beach trip. Too much walking in the sand in flip flops. For a year, he was in constant pain no matter what shoe he was wearing or even barefoot. The doctor said he had turf toe. He started taking the oils a few weeks ago and I noticed the other day that I hadn’t heard him complain at all about his toes in a while. I asked him about it last night and he said it just keeps getting better and better. Now he can wear the shoes that used to make his toe hurt so bad. He takes two pills in the AM and two pills at night. This stuff really works. It took about two weeks for the effects to kick in but they kicked in with a vengeance. Don’t hesitate if you’re contemplating trying this.
I haven’t finished my first month but I already have much less inflammation. It is possible that I kicked this supplement into gear faster by doing a 30 hour, water only, fast prior to starting it. But wow, it’s great to be without arthritis pain that I have suffered my life long. Real results! My BP is lower too!
Getting two bottles for the price of one was a super great way to start the use of this product. I’ve only been taking it for a month so don’t feel great changes yet, but I’m hopeful that overtime it’s effect will be cumulative.
Pain was significantly reduced after about 3 wks. I ran out and kept forgetting to order more and within 2 wks noticed pain was returning. Finally placed my order and once again pain was diminishing within a couple wks. I’m amazed at this product and will make sure I never run out again! Thank you for bringing some life back into my knees!
I decided to increase the dosage from two capsules to a second or third dose initially to get started as it mentioned on the label you could take up to four doses daily. The capsules are tiny and no fishy smell or taste. Felt relief within the first week. I’m about to order more.
I've felt a Great difference with my aches and pains. It just seem to have stopped!
I've been taking for about 6 weeks. Have seen minor improvement, but not as much as I was hoping for. I'm going to give it the full 3 month trial in hopes it gets better.
I have not used it fir entire month or had my blood work do yet but so for its working as far as I can tell at this point.

GLX3 works well for me. I highly recommend it for pain. I also highly recommend the company customer service. A mistake was made in one of my orders and was quickly corrected with no hassles . Mistakes happen but the important thing is how we correct them . Steve Casey took care of it immediately and pleasantly . I also appreciated having a real human answering the phone when I called.
