We usually recommend that you take it with a meal as that may aid in the absorption of the beneficial Omega-3’s.
Also, while GLX3 is nearly devoid of negative side effects, taking with food will even further diminish any chance of stomach upset to those especially sensitive to digestive issues.
Either way, with food or without, the most important thing is to stay consistent. You want to build up and MAINTAIN the optimum level of Omega-3’s in your system.
