Golden Milk Tea
This sweet and low-calorie drink is loaded with all the good stuff!
It contains turmeric (great against inflammation) and is best drank before bed for better sleep!

Ingredients
- 2 cups refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk (such as Silk)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh turmeric or 1 tsp. dried ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Dash of kosher salt
- Dash of black pepper
Instruction
Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium, stirring often. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Strain; discard solids.
