Should I Take More in The Beginning to Increase My Omega-3 levels?

If you are just starting on an Omega-3 regimen, you might benefit from taking two-capsule dose, twice a day for the first couple of weeks.  This should help boost your depleted Omega-3 levels more quickly.  After that try the maintenance dosage two capsules once per day.
