How Much GLX3 Should You Take? A Guide from Our Co-Founder

One of the most frequently asked questions we get from our community is:

"How much GLX3 should I take?"

It's a great question, and the answer is: it depends a little on you—because every body is different. But don't worry, I'll walk you through the best way to get started and how to find your ideal dosage over time.

Step #1 - Starting Out: The Recommended Dosage

On our GLX3 bottle label, we recommend taking two of our small softgels one to three times per day. But if you're just beginning your omega-3 journey, here's what I personally suggest:

• Take 2 softgels with your morning meal
  

• Take 2 softgels again with your evening meal
  

Do this twice a day for the first couple of weeks. This is the "loading phase" to jumpstart the process!

The goal here is to build up your omega-3 levels more quickly, so your body can start benefiting from the anti-inflammatory support that GLX3 provides.

Step #2 - Adjusting for What Works Best for You

After those first couple of weeks, ideally, you'll start noticing improvements—whether that's less joint stiffness, better mobility, or simply feeling better overall.

At that point, you can adjust your dosage:

• If you're feeling great, try dropping to two softgels once a day.
  

• If you need more support, feel free to stick with the twice-a-day routine. Most folks (90%) only need one dose.
  

The dosage that has been most commonly studied—and works for most people—is 2 softgels once daily. But starting with twice a day gives your system the head start it needs.
