I’ll be back!

So I’ve got bone on bone arthritis in both knees, left shoulder and ankle. I’m trying to stay active and mobile as well as watching my weight and inflammation. Still a work in progress.

I've been taking the Haka GLX3 joint & muscle support for the better part of three weeks and I have noticed some progress w/ my arthritic hands. I have also been using magnesium oil and compression gloves so it is difficult to say specifically the progress from GLX3 is the sole reason for the progress. Regardless, given this regimen appears to be working I plan to continue using the product.
