I dont have joint pain, but i do have stiffness and dry skin, so i thought i try green lipped mussel oil out because i heard so much positive things about it, and my late dog really improve on green lipped mussel powder and it seems to have real antiinflammatory effect, just something that extra that fish oil cant provide. Plus you get a cleaner product eith less contaminats and less processing. Within just tre days, i noticed more comfort in movement. I forgot to take it for a few days and right away i noticed some stiffness and aciness coming back. It improved again ones continued taking the capsules for a few day. So know i mske sure I dont forget to take this. I have really dry skin and low omega levels so i complement this with algae oil to really hydrate all my mucus membranes. I really like to get a waried fatty acid profile this way, and it does mot seem to trigger burps or stomach discomfort to me like fish oil. I have chronic silent reflux and GERD so that is a huge relief. I am hopeful that this will help long term with my mucus membrane inflammation. Already i seem to notice a very slight improvment in hydration.
The rice is also much cheaper that other brands on the market that can also include other fillers (while this one dont). I bought one bottle to try and I will buy more. Thank you haka life!

I definitely cannot be without it... I've found I need four to five doses a day and if I'm busy and miss a few I soon know about it but a few doses an hour or so apart gets me back on track. They are literally my go to-for pain relief, specially for the joint pain in my hands, but also my knees and lower back.

This product is almost miraculous! In a matter of a few days after taking it the first time, I got relief from my osteoarthritis pain. It’s given me back functionality.
I recommended it to my daughter who also has osteoarthritis, she purchased it and has had tremendous relief from pain as well. I highly recommend it!

I purchased this supplement for my husband, who was having a lot of joint pain and muscle aches. He had previously tried Omega XL. but that supplement did not seem to help much. I am happy to report he's had a positive experience with GLX3, and I will be purchasing it again. Thank you!

I must say after being and avid user of high end fish oil that I really felt gave me good results...I have definitely was pleasantly surprised at the results I have felt after two months of use . I have RA and do get a bit of wrist pain at times....this has been a real change, because I have even less pain than with the fish oil. Worth giving the Green Lipped Mussel Oil Glx3 a try....not side effects for me and no after taste as well....easy to swallow too. Two a day for now I may see if I can lesson the dose at some point....

So far so good! Post menopause I started having severe hip pain. I thought I was going to have severely limited mobility if I didn't do something. Doctors were no help. I came across GLX3 and after reading reviews decided to try it. I have seen significant improvement and have my 12 year old 80 lb. Lab/Pit mix Pup on it as well. He also is doing better. I recommend this product and hope people with similar joint issues will give it a 3 month trial at least to see if it works for them.
